After shipping, we’ll send a tracking number via email. You can also track it using our “Track Order” page.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
4. Are returns free?
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Yes! All our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise noted.

We’re sorry! Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
